Voxora is a UK cloud business phone system for small and growing businesses. It supports browser, mobile and desk-phone calling, with extensions, ring groups, auto attendant, business-hours routing, voicemail, call logs and UK number support. The service fits small and mid-market teams that need core business calling alongside features such as call queues, recording, AI summaries and CRM logging.

Pricing is structured across three monthly per-user plans. Standard costs £6.95 per user per month and includes browser, mobile and desk-phone calling, free number porting and core call handling. Pro costs £9.95 and adds recording, AI transcription and summaries, 500 pooled UK outbound minutes per user, call-centre queues with a live wallboard and SLA, CRM integration and advanced call flows. Premium costs £14.99 and raises the allowance to 1,000 pooled UK outbound minutes per user for outbound-heavy and sales teams. A seven-day trial is available without a card, and the optional AI receptionist costs £29.99 per month for up to five agents with 90 minutes included, then 25p per minute.

Voxora’s strongest fit is for UK teams that want more than a basic phone system without moving to a broad enterprise communications suite. Its CRM connectivity includes Freshsales, while webhooks and an API support wider call-event workflows. The product also lists GDPR compliance, email and ticket support, and web, iOS and Android coverage. However, the integration range is narrow, and mobile availability is described inconsistently, with native apps listed as coming soon on the pricing page. Teams needing a wider ecosystem or clearly established mobile availability should consider alternatives; teams focused on UK calling, routing and AI-assisted call records may find Voxora a suitable match.
