Votemo is an audience engagement platform for film festivals, conferences, sports and media events. It supports live polling, digital voting, anonymous Q&A, commenting, word clouds, animated reactions and audience feedback. Participation can be distributed through QR codes, direct links or embedded web applications, while organizers can moderate questions and comments, display results on screens or broadcasts, and export interaction data. The platform is available through web and API deployment and fits small, mid-market and enterprise organizations.
Pricing is organized around festival and event packages rather than publicly listed rates. Mini Festival covers up to 15 films, 30 screenings, 2,000 visitors and 1–2 screens. Small Festival covers up to 40 films, 80 screenings, 8,000 visitors and 2–6 screens. Medium Festival covers up to 120 films, 240 screenings, 20,000 visitors and 6–10 screens. Big Festival covers up to 200 films, 500 screenings, 80,000 visitors and more than 10 screens. Standard adds account setup, a demo and email support; Advanced adds dedicated support; Pro adds interactivity strategy and module setup; Enterprise is aimed at major events.
Votemo’s strongest distinction is its broadcast workflow. Graphics overlays, presenter view, branded interfaces, automated film-festival poll publishing and CSV export connect audience participation with live production and post-event reporting. Integrations include GraphQL API, iFrame, widgets, Graphics Control Software, OBS, vMix and CasparCG. It is a strong fit for organizers that need moderated interaction across screens, broadcasts and event workflows. Teams seeking a simple polling tool may find its broader feature set and quote-based purchasing harder to justify.
