VotaFlow is a web-based audience response platform for live polls, quizzes, Q&A and online voting. It is designed for homeowners’ associations, companies, events, conferences and education providers. Participants can join through QR codes or short links and respond from a smartphone without installing an app. Live presentation results, anonymous voting, email verification and quiz features make it suitable for meetings and interactive sessions where organizers need more than basic polling.

Pricing is accessible for smaller groups. The Free plan costs €0 per month and includes up to three polls, up to 25 participants per poll, and live, quiz and Q&A modes. Pro costs €4.99 per month and adds unlimited polls, up to 50 participants per poll, custom logo and brand color, PDF reports and email support. Business costs €19.99 per month and adds unlimited participants, weighted voting, REST API access, CSV export and priority support. Enterprise pricing is custom and includes custom integration, dedicated support, an SLA guarantee and an on-premise option.

The platform’s strongest fit is for organizations that want live interaction with a relatively low entry cost and deployment flexibility. Its feature set covers real-time presentation polling, timed quizzes with points and leaderboards, audience Q&A with upvoting, QR-code access, short links and anonymous responses. REST API integration and SyndiFlow support extend its ecosystem options, while cloud and self-hosted deployment are both available. Smaller meetings can start on Free or Pro, but larger or more structured voting programs should choose Business for unlimited participants and weighted voting. Organizations needing custom integration, dedicated support or an SLA should consider Enterprise instead.
