Vista Social is a social media management platform for brands, agencies, creators, and marketing teams. It brings together social profile management, content planning, unlimited scheduling queues, bulk publishing, analytics, engagement, reviews, approvals, direct-message automation, and team collaboration. Support for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Business, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, Threads, X, Bluesky, and other networks makes it particularly suitable for teams managing multiple locations or client accounts.
Pricing is structured around account scale and collaboration. Professional costs $79 per month for 15 social profiles and 2 users, with unlimited post scheduling, social inbox tools, reports, and approval workflows. Advanced costs $149 per month and increases capacity to 30 profiles and 4 users, while adding advanced scheduling and workflows, custom reports, and Zapier and Make.com integrations. Scale costs $349 per month for 70 profiles and 8 users, plus white-label reports and dashboards, client profile connection, and up to 100,000 direct-message contacts. Enterprise is a custom plan with unlimited profiles and users, premium analytics, custom integrations, and a dedicated account manager. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan.
Its strongest fit is for organizations that need more than a publishing calendar. The unified inbox covers messages, comments, mentions, and reviews, while social listening, review monitoring, scheduled reports, competitor reporting, saved replies, and AI-assisted post and reply generation extend the platform into ongoing reputation and engagement work. Web, iOS, Android, a Chrome extension, and API access support different operating models, with the API covering publishing, analytics, inbox, tasks, and team management. Smaller teams wanting a free or low-cost tool may find the starting price and Professional limits restrictive; teams coordinating many profiles, locations, reviews, and approval steps should find the broader feature set more appropriate.
