Virtual Fusions is a browser-based platform for organizations hosting virtual and hybrid conferences, tradeshows, marketplaces, business matchmakers, workshops, awards ceremonies and office meetings. It combines branded event sites, customizable landing pages, attendee registration, presentation rooms, exhibitor experiences, networking and analytics. Its feature set is suited to organizers planning large, structured events rather than small, informal online gatherings.

The published plans are organized around event frequency and scale. Single Event supports one event of up to 48 hours, 2,500 participants and 15 speakers or panelists, with a branded event site, registration and advanced analytics. Business adds up to three events a year and a designated account manager; showcase, networking lounge and exhibitor hall capabilities are available as add-ons. Licensee is the highest-capacity option, with an annual license, events lasting up to 72 hours, 5,000 participants, unlimited speakers or panelists, unlimited workshop sessions and unlimited matchmaker participants. Pricing is handled through a contact-sales process rather than displayed plan amounts.

Virtual Fusions stands out through the breadth of its event environment and the depth of its networking tools. Organizers can run live or prerecorded workshops, webinars and keynote sessions with audio, video, slides, screen sharing and recording. Attendees can use public or private chat, polls, breakout rooms and a multi-user whiteboard, while exhibitors can present documents, videos and products and offer appointment booking. One-to-one and one-to-many matchmaking supports business-focused events, and virtual awards rooms add categories, nominees and winner announcements. Choose it when branded presentation, exhibitor activity and matchmaking are central; a simpler event format or a native mobile experience may call for a different approach.
