VidMage is an AI face-swapping platform for creators, studios, and teams working with photos, videos, GIFs, and live camera feeds. Its web tools process uploaded media, while the Mac app handles local offline processing and can provide live face-swapped video through a virtual camera. The feature set covers single- and multi-face swaps, batch processing for multiple photos, 4K output, and REST API and MCP access. It is particularly suited to Mac users who want both offline production and live use in apps such as Zoom, FaceTime, Google Meet, OBS, Twitch, and Discord.
Pricing is structured around a free tier and two paid subscriptions. The Free plan provides 15 image face swaps, 20 seconds of video face swaps, and two GIF face swaps per day. It also includes five minutes of watermarked live swapping on Mac per day and a 15-second preview time per video on Mac. The Monthly Plan costs $14.99 per month and includes 400 credits per month, the free daily quotas, unlimited live face swapping on Mac, unlimited preview time, and discounted additional credits. The Yearly Plan displays $8.33 per month with the same included features and annual billing.
Mac is the clearest differentiator. Paid users get unlimited live swapping and preview time, while local processing keeps the Mac app relevant for offline workflows. The web face-swap tool is described as watermark-free, and the platform also offers integrations plus API and MCP access for broader workflows. VidMage fits buyers who need varied media support, live Mac camera output, or automation access. It is less suitable for users who need unrestricted free processing or live swapping without a Mac app.
