Videotron WebMail review
A capable free mailbox with useful organization tools, but limited storage and ecosystem breadth.

Videotron WebMail is a browser-based personal email service included with Videotron Hybrid Fiber Internet. It is designed for subscribers who want a free mailbox with access across the web, Windows, macOS, iOS and Android. Alongside reading, composing and managing messages, it provides address books, contact groups, calendars, tasks, events, appointments and mail filters with automated actions. IMAP and POP support also lets users connect compatible desktop and mobile mail clients.
The included plan covers the core needs of a personal mailbox. It provides a 2 GB main inbox, attachments up to 25 MB, anti-spam filtering, antivirus protection and an inbox without ads. Multiple calendars and calendar views add practical value for users who want email, appointments and tasks in one service. Support is available through chat, phone, community and documentation channels, giving subscribers several ways to seek assistance.
Videotron WebMail is most suitable for solo users who already have Videotron Hybrid Fiber Internet and want a straightforward email service with calendar and organization features. Its platform coverage is useful, but its integration role is centered on standard web access and IMAP or POP connections rather than a broader ecosystem. The 2 GB inbox and 25 MB attachment limit also make it a better fit for everyday personal correspondence than for users managing large mail archives or frequent large-file exchanges. Choose it for free, ad-free email with built-in scheduling tools; consider another service if you need more storage or wider integrations.
