Vibly is a web-based coaching management platform for solo coaches, coaching practices, therapists, and coaching organizations. It brings client records, scheduling, video sessions, secure messaging, payments, programs, forms, agreements, resource sharing, and client portals into one workspace. Its client portal covers sessions, messages, files, forms, agreements, and payments, while practice features include group coaching, cohorts, waitlists, provider directories, roles, and progress reporting. The combination is aimed at practices that need structured client delivery with compliance-focused functionality rather than a simple appointment calendar.

According to the vendor’s pricing page, Basic costs $25 per month and includes unlimited clients, sessions, and services, plus built-in video, secure messaging, and scheduling. Pro costs $59 per month and adds a forms builder, e-signed agreements, advanced scheduling, billing and invoicing, and multi-calendar sync. Teams costs $149 per month and adds an admin dashboard, role-based permissions, shared resources and documents, tracking and progress reporting, and AI matching. Enterprise adds custom payment routing, API access, custom integrations, multi-disciplinary teams, dedicated onboarding and training, and reports and analytics. The optional AI Coach Assistant costs $20 per month and provides session note-taking and summaries, resource suggestions, message drafting, and coaching insights. A 14-day free trial is available.

Vibly fits practices that need more than scheduling: booking pages support calendar synchronization, buffers, and daily limits; payments cover bundles, packages, payment plans, and invoicing; and assessments can be scored. Its web-only delivery connects with Google Calendar, Outlook, iCalendar, Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Stripe. The main tradeoff is cost progression: forms, agreements, invoicing, and multi-calendar sync require Pro, while team administration and permissions require Teams. Organizations seeking client portals, HIPAA-compliant video, and structured programs should consider Vibly; smaller users wanting a free plan or a minimal scheduling tool should look elsewhere.
