VetiCloud is cloud-based veterinary practice management software for individual clinics and multi-location veterinary groups. It brings together shared electronic patient records, appointment calendars, staff rotas, website booking, consultations, hospitalisation, inventory, invoicing, reminders and owner communication. Browser access avoids the need for an on-site server, while web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android coverage supports mixed clinic environments. The pet-owner mobile app adds records, reminders and chat, making the product relevant to practices that want clients involved beyond the appointment itself.
Pricing is structured around clinic capacity and billing term. VetiCloud 5 costs 39 PLN per month with annual billing or 49 PLN per month with monthly billing, and includes email support. VetiCloud 10 costs 89 PLN per month annually and adds a results inbox with priority email support. VetiCloud 20 costs 199 PLN per month annually and adds DICOM imaging and phone support. VetiCloud 30+ costs 299 PLN per month annually and adds a results inbox, Hospital, DICOM imaging and a named account manager. Prices are net of 23% VAT, and optional modules are quoted when applying. There is no free plan.
The main strength is breadth within veterinary workflow management: scheduling sits alongside records, treatment plans, hospitalisation rounds, inventory linked to visits and billing, KSeF e-invoicing, AI-generated patient-history summaries and imaging. That scope makes VetiCloud a practical fit for practices seeking one operational system across appointments and clinical administration, particularly where multilingual access and mobile coverage matter. It is less suitable for buyers who want to start with a free tier, avoid paid add-ons, or choose primarily on a wide third-party integration ecosystem. Practices needing higher-tier support or imaging should also compare the added cost of VetiCloud 10, 20 or 30+ against their workflow requirements.
