VeryBusy is a web-based platform for commercial photography and retouching teams. It brings image uploads, markups, threaded feedback, revision rounds, comparisons, approvals, and downloads into project workspaces. Photographers, retouchers, art directors, agencies, and brand teams can collaborate through invitations or shareable review links, including links that do not require an account. Its focus is high-volume production review rather than a conventional client gallery or long-term digital asset archive.

The Pro plan costs $20 per member per month and includes 250GB of workspace storage, advanced comments and markup, approval workflows, A/B and side-by-side version comparison, unlimited projects, and unlimited free reviewers. Studio costs $39 per member per month and adds 1TB of storage, custom branding, internal commenting, markup viewing permissions, asset assignment, and collaborator group templates. Enterprise includes custom workspace storage, custom feature requests, SSO with SCIM provisioning, enterprise support, an enterprise CSA, SLA and DPA, and a SOC 2 report. The published plans make VeryBusy a specialist purchase: the value is in structured review controls and production history, not a low-cost entry tier.

Its standout depth is the review workflow itself. Brush, line, arrow, and rectangle tools support image markups, while threaded comments, revision-round stacking, version history, comparisons, custom labels, statuses, approvals, and download controls organize successive feedback cycles. Dropbox imports and desktop watch-folder synchronization support an existing file workflow, and shareable links reduce account requirements for collaborators. VeryBusy should suit teams managing detailed commercial retouching approvals; organizations seeking a broader integration ecosystem, a conventional gallery product, or long-term asset archiving should consider an alternative.
