VersyNow is a web-based audience response platform for conferences, panels, webinars, town halls, workshops, and recurring events. It brings live and asynchronous Q&A, polls, quizzes, moderation, anonymous participation, attendee data capture, event branding, question theme analysis, and participation summaries into one product. Attendees can join through a QR code or link without installing an app or creating an account. It is a practical fit for small organizations that want branded interaction without requiring a separate attendee application.
The pricing structure supports both experimentation and recurring use. The Free Trial lasts 28 days and includes unlimited events, five sessions total, full feature access at full limits, no credit card requirement, and three brand kits. The Free plan continues indefinitely but limits users to one event per month, two sessions per event, and 18 concurrent participants per session. It includes branding and question analysis with one brand kit. Individual Presenter costs $12.99 per month for unlimited events and sessions, a single-user account, standard participant limits, self-serve cancellation, and three brand kits. The $29.99-per-month Small–Medium Organization plan adds a shared organization account, administrator and moderator roles, a shared event calendar, and 10 shared brand kits. A one-time event costs $15 per session, with each session timed for up to three hours.
Its standout strength is breadth within audience interaction: organizers can collect questions, run votes and quizzes, moderate submissions, capture attendee information, and review themes and summaries. Organization management also makes the product more suitable for teams running multiple events than a presenter-only plan. The trade-off is that the experience is limited to the web, and the published pricing does not provide a numeric participant limit for the cheapest paid plan. Buyers needing verified slide integration or clearly specified audience capacity should compare alternatives. VersyNow suits small event teams prioritizing branded Q&A and polling; larger organizations should review the custom Large Organization plan for participant and session volumes, onboarding, and support.
