Venueless is web-based software for webinars, virtual conferences, online workshops, digital trade fairs, and hybrid events. It brings live-streaming stages, workshop rooms, schedules, attendee profiles, direct messaging, virtual booths, landing pages, and custom branding into one event environment. The platform is suited to teams that need more than a broadcast page, particularly organizers planning interactive programs with networking, breakouts, or exhibition areas. Web, API, and self-hosted deployment options support different operating models.

Pricing is event-based rather than monthly or annual. The Pure Workshop plan costs €499 per event and includes 10 video/audio conference rooms, up to 100 attendees per room, and up to 2 days or 16 hours of program time. Pure Livestream also costs €499 per event and includes one livestream stage, organizer-provided RTMP input, and the same program-time allowance. Combined Event costs €799 per event and combines one livestream stage with 10 video/audio conference rooms, with up to 100 attendees per room. A Custom event option adds unlimited conference rooms, an exhibition or poster hall, and a Full HD stage.

Its strongest distinction is breadth across interactive event formats. Stages support chat, Q&A, and polls; workshop rooms support video and audio conferencing; and the platform adds breakout sessions, recording, language transcription, schedules, attendee networking lists, and direct text and video messaging. pretalx and pretix integrations connect programming and ticketing workflows, while YouTube, Vimeo, and Miro broaden the surrounding event setup. Venueless should suit privacy-conscious teams that value self-hosting and a configurable event experience. Teams seeking a free option, recurring subscription pricing, or room capacity beyond the published 100-attendee limit should consider alternatives.
