Venngage is a web-based graphic design and visual communication platform for businesses, marketers, educators, nonprofits, and other teams. Its structured templates and drag-and-drop editor cover infographics, reports, presentations, white papers, diagrams, charts, maps, tables, and other data-driven visuals. Accessibility checks for contrast, alt text, and reading order make it particularly relevant to teams producing public-facing or instructional content. The platform also includes AI-assisted layouts, infographics, images, and icons, alongside sharing and export options.
Pricing is organized around a free tier and three paid plans. Free includes 5 designs, public sharing, a free Venngage AI trial, free icons and widgets, and 6 image uploads. Premium costs $10 per month when billed annually and adds unlimited designs, PNG and high-resolution PNG exports, private sharing, email and chat support, and premium icons and widgets. Business costs $24 per user per month with annual billing and adds Venngage AI, PDF and PowerPoint exports, Brand Kits, team sharing, password-protected sharing, and folders. Enterprise costs $499 per month, requires a minimum of 10 members, and adds a dedicated account manager, multifactor authentication, live onboarding and team training, plus custom-built features including API and integrations.
Venngage’s strongest fit is structured visual communication rather than unrestricted illustration work. Brand Kits manage logos, colors, fonts, icons, and images, while charts, maps, tables, and stock-image integrations with Pixabay and Pexels support content production. PNG, PDF, PowerPoint, and HTML exports broaden its use across presentations and documents, depending on the plan. Team sharing, comments, and collaborative workflows are available, but simultaneous real-time editing of one design is not supported. Choose Venngage for accessible infographics and repeatable, data-led content; consider another tool if live co-editing or a desktop application is central to your workflow.
