VanceTel is a cloud-based business phone system for small businesses in the United States. It combines hosted PBX, auto-attendant and IVR menus, custom call routing, ring groups, queues, voicemail-to-email transcription, SIP trunking, and business-number porting. Teams can access the service through desktop, mobile, and web softphone clients, while desk-phone support and remote deployment extend its reach beyond browser calling. The Voice + Text option adds business SMS and MMS from the company number and a shared team inbox, making VanceTel a fit for small teams that need voice and shared customer messaging in one system.

Pricing is charged per extension per month, with a three-extension minimum. The published plans show Voice at $24 per extension per month and Voice + Text at $34 per extension per month when paid monthly under a three-year contract. Those lower-priced plans include unlimited US and Canada calling, core call handling, voicemail features, and mobile and desktop apps; the texting tier adds business SMS and MMS plus 250 pooled text segments per extension per month. Additional published Voice and Voice + Text prices are $32 and $45 per extension per month, respectively, with the higher-priced Voice + Text option including business texting and a shared inbox. Month-to-month pricing is higher than the contract pricing.

VanceTel’s ecosystem includes REST API access, webhooks, deep links, and integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Zendesk. HIPAA compliance is listed, and support is available by email and phone. The main trade-off is breadth: the integration list is focused, and Android availability is described inconsistently across the product information. Choose VanceTel if your priority is a small-business phone system with routing, transcription, porting, softphones, and shared SMS/MMS. Consider an alternative if you need a broader integration catalog or clearer cross-platform coverage.
