Upvoted is a web-based feature request and product feedback platform for teams that collect ideas from customers or internal users. Public and private boards let people submit requests, discuss them, and add upvotes. Teams can organize entries with statuses and tags, detect and merge duplicates, and publish roadmaps, estimates, and release notes. The product fits solo users and small to mid-market teams that need a structured path from feedback collection to release planning.

The published plans start with Pro at $19 per month or $190 per year. Pro includes one board, two administrator seats, unlimited feature requests, unlimited public users, upvotes and comments, roadmaps, release notes, an embeddable widget, and API access. Max costs $39 per month or $390 per year and adds unlimited boards and seats, Slack, Zapier and signed webhooks, duplicate-request merging, single sign-on for your own users, private boards, and priority support. Releasy Suite costs $69 per month or $690 per year and combines Upvoted Max with Hookfire Max and Indie Polls Max. A 7-day Max trial is available without a credit card.

Prioritization is a central strength: impact-and-effort scoring and a priority matrix help teams compare requests, while roadmaps and release notes provide a publishing layer for decisions. The platform also connects with Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, Zapier, Linear, GitHub, REST API, and webhooks, with an embeddable feedback widget for collecting input in other products. Choose Upvoted when your team wants voting, deduplication, scoring, and release communication in one cloud service. Teams needing a free entry tier or more than two seats and one board on Pro should evaluate Max or another product instead.

Upvoted pros and cons

    • Impact-effort matrix and estimates support structured prioritization.
    • Duplicate detection and merging keeps request boards organized.
    • API, webhooks, widgets, and collaboration integrations extend reach.
  • Where it doesn't
    • No free plan; access starts with a paid subscription.
    • Pro limits teams to one board and two administrator seats.
    • Email is the listed support channel, with priority support only on Max.
