Tutorbloc is a paid platform for tutors and other educators who run one-to-one teaching businesses. It brings together a public educator website, a shareable URL, availability management, client booking, online lessons, file sharing, progress tracking, session notes, payments, receipts, cancellation policies, and automated reviews. Its client-facing tools run through the website, while educator administration is also supported through an iOS app. This makes it a strong fit for individual educators selling scheduled online sessions rather than schools or course creators.

The product’s main strength is its coverage of the booking-to-lesson workflow. Clients can book available times and pay at booking, while educators can use a virtual classroom, whiteboard, file sharing, progress tracking, and session notes. Email notifications and receipts support routine administration, and Google Calendar synchronization helps connect scheduling with an existing calendar. Stripe and Daily.co add payment and video infrastructure, although the documented calendar connection does not define whether synchronization is one-way or two-way.

Tutorbloc is available through an All-in-one plan and includes a 14-day trial. Its published plan highlights include an online storefront, video calls, secure file sharing, a virtual whiteboard, payments and billing, and automated reviews. The product is less suitable for organizations that need group classes or a broader institutional workflow. Individual tutors who want one place for client acquisition, booking, payment collection, and online teaching should consider it; educators focused on group delivery or school-wide administration should look elsewhere.
