TunesKit AceMovi review
A capable desktop editor for basic projects, but its entry price is high.

TunesKit AceMovi is a desktop video editor for Windows and macOS, aimed at people creating basic videos with a mix of timeline editing, effects, audio, text, and export tools. Its core editing controls cover crop, split, merge, rotate, and speed adjustment. It also supports filters, transitions, animations, keyframes, green-screen effects, split-screen layouts, picture-in-picture, screen recording, webcam recording, slideshow creation, subtitles, and music editing. Export options include common video and audio formats, device and social-platform presets, and 4K output.
Pricing is the main consideration. The 1-Month Plan costs $39.95 per device per month and includes one PC for one month, one month of free upgrades, free technical customer support, and a 30-day money-back guarantee. The 1-Year Plan costs $69.95 per device per year, with one year of free upgrades and the same support and guarantee. The Lifetime Plan costs $109.95 per device as a one-time purchase and includes lifetime free upgrades, support, and the 30-day money-back guarantee. A free trial provides editing features but places a watermark on exported videos, so it is not a continuing watermark-free free plan.
AceMovi fits users who want a broad set of desktop editing tools without limiting projects to cutting and basic transitions. Recording, green screen, keyframes, split screen, and 4K export give it useful range for tutorials, presentations, social videos, and other personal projects. The trade-off is ecosystem depth: no integrations or collaboration features are listed, and the monthly price is high compared with free options. Choose it if Windows or macOS support and a one-device desktop workflow are priorities. Look elsewhere if you need team collaboration, connected services, or free watermark-free exports.
