TTSMaker review
A flexible text-to-speech service with commercial use, voice controls, and a free tier.

TTSMaker converts written text into downloadable audio through a web service, with API access available on selected paid plans. It is suited to creators, educators, publishers, and businesses that need multilingual voice generation for commercial audio. Voice selection covers 600+ AI voices and 100+ languages, while controls for speed, volume, pitch, pauses, and paragraph spacing support more directed output than basic text-to-speech conversion.
The plan structure scales by character allowance and feature access. Free includes 20,000 characters per week, 600+ AI voices and 100+ languages, commercial use, and no API support. Lite raises the allowance to 300,000 characters per month and adds a maximum of 10,000 characters per conversion, while retaining no API support. Pro Mini provides 600,000 characters per month, dialogue editing, and API support. Pro Max increases the allowance to 1,200,000 characters per month, and Studio raises it to 6,000,000 characters per month. Paid subscriptions start at 13.99.
For production control, TTSMaker supports MP3, OGG, AAC, OPUS, and WAV exports, plus SSML-style say-as, emphasis, and phoneme controls. Multi-speaker dialogue editing is available on eligible plans, which makes the higher tiers more relevant for scripted conversations. API access is limited to Pro and Studio subscribers, so the service is a stronger fit for manual generation on Free or Lite and for programmatic workflows on higher plans. Choose it for commercial audio generation with broad language and format coverage; choose an alternative if API access is required on a lower tier or if dialogue editing is needed without a paid plan.
