TruckPulse is a web-based management platform for virtual trucking companies using Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator. Each VTC gets a Drivers Hub with a public profile, directory listing, driver applications, roster management, roles, events, convoys, points, ranks, leave tracking, resources and analytics. It is aimed at small and mid-market gaming communities that need structured membership and activity management rather than a general-purpose online community platform.
The free plan includes a public Hub profile and directory listing, points, ranks and events, plus Steam and Discord sign-in. Pro costs €15 per Hub per month or €150 per Hub per year, adding a custom Discord bot, leave-of-absence tracking, Discord slash commands and a Hub resource library. Elite costs €20 per Hub per month or €200 per Hub per year, adding a custom domain, public convoy slot booking, staff applications and driver conduct reports. A 14-day free trial is also available, and the published category details specify a 150-member limit.
TruckPulse fits communities that already organize around Discord, Steam, TruckersMP or Trucky. Its Discord bot, notifications and slash commands connect community activity with Hub administration, while applications, moderation queues, conduct reports and permissions support day-to-day oversight. The product stays deliberately narrow: its features are shaped around VTC profiles, drivers, convoys and trucking-game communities, with plan-based limits for drivers and events. Choose it when those workflows match your community; a group seeking a broader community platform beyond virtual trucking, or a non-web deployment, should look elsewhere.
