TriviaMaker is an online trivia and quiz platform for educators, corporate trainers, event hosts, and other group facilitators. It supports seven game styles, including Grid, Trivia, List, Wheel, TicTac, Hangman, and Fusion. Hosts can create questions manually, import spreadsheets and documents, generate questions with AI, or run live and self-paced activities. Participants can join from phones or computers through a link, QR code, six-digit join code, or embedded game without creating accounts. Automatic scoring, live leaderboards, timed questions, team scoring, and CSV result exports support both classroom and event use.

The free plan provides access to the product with a seven-day free trial also available. Basic includes limited Grid, Trivia, and List styles, plus Wheel, TicTac, Fusion, and Hangman styles, Basic and Presenter modes, and capacity for 20 Buzz participants and 20 Crowd participants. Premium costs $6.99 per month or $19 per year and adds all game styles, 50 teams, 50 buzzers, 50 Crowd participants, 100 Assignment and Embedded entries, and customization features. Premium Plus costs $39.99 per year and raises those capacities to 200, with 500 Assignment and Embedded entries. Enterprise includes all game styles, up to 2,000 buzzers, Crowd participants, and Assignment and Embedded entries, along with priority support and custom integration.

Platform fit is a strong part of the product's scope. TriviaMaker runs on web, iOS, and Android, and connects with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Moodle, Canvas, Google Classroom, and Blackboard. Its publishing options suit meetings, classrooms, websites, and learning systems, while custom logos, colors, backgrounds, music, photos, videos, and fonts support branded activities. The trade-off is a narrower question-format range—multiple choice, true/false, and open-ended—and a 100-response limit for the listed assignment and embedded category. Choose TriviaMaker for affordable, game-show-style group quizzes; look elsewhere if advanced question types or larger response volumes are central requirements.
