Tray review
A broad commerce platform for Brazilian sellers managing stores and marketplaces.

Tray is a hosted ecommerce platform for Brazilian merchants selling through their own storefronts, marketplaces, and social channels. It brings together storefront creation, visual editing, catalog and order management, inventory across multiple distribution centers, abandoned-cart management, payment and shipping services, and mobile administration. Web, iOS, Android, and API access give retailers several ways to manage operations, while integrations with TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopee, Mercado Livre, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and ERP systems support an omnichannel setup.
The plan structure is designed to scale operational capacity. Lançamento includes one management user, 100 AI credits per month, and up to two simultaneous marketplaces. Crescimento raises those limits to five users, 300 AI credits per month, and three marketplaces, while adding HTML and CSS customization plus chat and WhatsApp support. Avançado adds 10 users, unlimited AI credits, up to five marketplaces, advanced reports, B2B or wholesale selling, and phone support. Ultra expands marketplace access to more than 30 channels and adds unlimited users, dedicated infrastructure, a dedicated account manager, and assisted migration.
Tray’s breadth makes it a fit for merchants that need one system across storefront, marketplace, inventory, recovery, and regional commerce services rather than a narrow online-store builder. Its API access and ERP integrations also suit businesses connecting ecommerce with broader operations. The main trade-off is tier-based capacity: smaller teams may find the lower marketplace and user limits restrictive as their operation expands, while advanced support and infrastructure are reserved for higher tiers. Businesses needing a focused storefront with fewer channels may prefer a simpler platform; Brazilian sellers coordinating multiple sales channels should find Tray’s coverage more relevant.
