TranslateX is document translation software for professionals, enterprises, government teams, and organizations working across Arabic, English, and 20+ languages. It handles PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, Excel files, images, screen content, and text while preserving layouts, tables, fonts, and formatting. Access spans a web workspace, Windows desktop app, API, and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint add-ins. Screen translation with OCR capture, Windows Explorer translation, and an F6 hotkey extend the product beyond file-by-file translation.

Pricing covers both individual and organizational use. The Free plan costs $0 per month and includes layout-preserving document translation, the Windows desktop app, quick text translation, and Arabic RTL mirroring. Pro costs $24 per user per month with annual billing and adds 500 pages per month, the Lisan L3 model, glossaries, translation memory, Office add-ins, and the web review editor. Team costs $66 per month with annual billing and adds 2,000 pooled pages, shared translation memory and glossaries, workspace reports, centralized member management, and priority support. A 30-day free trial is also available. Enterprise & Government adds unlimited translation volume, style governance, API access, and deployment on premises or in a sovereign cloud.

For Microsoft-centered teams, the combination of Office add-ins, terminology enforcement, exact and fuzzy translation-memory matches, batch translation, and review workflows gives TranslateX a broad operational scope. Enterprise and government deployments can also use LDAP, Active Directory, MFA, audit logs, and SIEM integrations, with air-gapped deployment available. Choose TranslateX when document fidelity, Arabic support, Microsoft compatibility, and controlled deployment matter. It is less suited to teams that need a non-Windows desktop workflow or want shared translation management and reporting without moving to the Team plan.
