Trakist is a tutoring business management app for private tutors, trainers, and coaches. It brings student and class management, recurring and one-time session scheduling, attendance tracking, progress records, invoicing, payment tracking, reminders, and data export into an iOS app. The product is aimed at individual tutors and small tutoring businesses that want to automate routine administration from an iPhone or other iOS device.
The pricing structure is accessible for tutors starting small. The Free plan costs $0 and includes unlimited students, two group or solo classes, payments, scheduling, attendance, and student progress. The Monthly plan costs $4.99 per month and adds unlimited classes, payments and invoicing, automatic payments, and the other listed Monthly features. The Yearly plan costs $49.99 per year, includes everything in Monthly, adds a free trial month, and lists a 20% saving.
