Training.com.au review
A free directory for comparing Australian courses and enquiring with providers.
Reviewed by iTechGuides Editors · Editorial team · Updated Oct 2026
Training.com.au helps Australian learners discover and compare courses offered by education providers. It is a listings and referral directory, not a course provider: learners search options, review listings, and enquire to receive course information or connect with an institution. Its range spans subjects and qualification levels, including short courses, certificates, diplomas, and higher education. The service is free for learners, and access is through the web.
Discovery is the product’s central strength. Learners can search by keyword, browse course categories, and filter by subject, qualification level, institution, or location. Side-by-side comparison helps narrow a shortlist, while personalized recommendations offer another way to find options. Listings include online and virtual courses, though format varies by listing. For people comparing Australian education providers before making contact, these tools put exploration and enquiry in one place.
The boundary is important: Training.com.au does not enroll learners or deliver courses, and it does not provide verified course certificates. Course fees and delivery details are determined by the individual provider; learners enquire through the directory for pricing information and course guides. Choose it to explore alternatives and start a provider conversation, rather than to purchase a course or manage learning. It is less suitable for learners who want enrollment, course delivery, or certification within one platform.
