Tovie DialogStudio is a web-based platform for creating and deploying AI-powered chatbots and voice bots. It is designed for teams that need visual skill building, intent recognition, FAQ responses and multichannel delivery without starting with a paid plan. Bots can run through website widgets, messaging and social channels, calls and APIs, while human-agent transfer supports escalation for conversations and calls.
The plan structure scales usage and bot capacity in clear stages. Free includes 25 unique users, 25 SMS messages, 25 speech recognition and synthesis minutes, two agents, one agent group and API integrations. Startup through Premium raise unique-user limits from 100 to 10,000 and provide 2,000 to 20,000 calls to ChatGPT, while each lists 100 agents and 100 groups. Skill Master adds voice assistant skills, up to 80,000 unique users per month and unlimited intents and FAQ entries. Business JivoChat and Calls Startup target narrower channel or voice needs.
