Todo Agenda puts selected calendar events and task lists on an Android home screen through configurable widgets. It suits people who want an at-a-glance view of past, current and upcoming items, with control over which calendars and task sources appear. The app is free, contains no advertising and is open source. It supports Android 7 and newer, including Android tablets, and is oriented toward individual use rather than a broader team workflow.

Its widget controls are the main draw: users can create multiple widgets with separate settings, choose date ranges and filters, and adjust layouts, colors, transparency and text size. Widgets update when events are added, changed or deleted; scrolling and a Go to Today control help navigate the displayed list. Alert and recurring-event indicators add context without requiring a separate calendar view. Settings can be backed up and restored, including when cloning widgets between devices, which is useful when moving a preferred layout.

Task-list coverage depends on compatible apps. Todo Agenda integrates with OpenTasks and Tasks: Astrid To-Do List Clone, while Samsung Calendar tasks have partial support. That makes it a better fit for people whose task source is supported than for anyone expecting a universal task list. Its focus is also deliberately narrow: it offers calendar and task widgets rather than weather, music controls or shortcut controls. Choose it for customizable, filtered calendar and task lists without an advertising-supported plan; consider another app if you need a wider mix of home-screen tools or rely on an unsupported task app.
