Tiyisa is a mobile tracker for people using GLP-1 weight-loss medicines, TRT or peptides. It brings dose, injection-site and pen-stock records together with food, movement, weight, water and side-effect tracking. Weekly and monthly summaries help users review their entries. It is aimed at people who want to keep routine records in one place, rather than an app centered on meal plans or coaching. Tiyisa says it does not provide medical advice.

The free plan covers medicine, dose, food, movement and weight tracking, along with food search, barcode scanning and weekly and monthly summaries. Plus monthly and Plus yearly include everything in Free and add food logging from photos, labels, voice or text. The published pricing notes say the monthly price is R49 and the homepage FAQ lists R449 yearly. This makes the free tier the practical starting point for basic tracking, while Plus is for users who want more ways to record food. Refund terms are listed as seven days.

Platform fit is mobile, with iOS and Android listed, and Apple Health and Health Connect named for importing walks, gym sessions and steps as Plus features. However, Tiyisa says the app is in beta and not yet available in the App Store or Google Play, and some Plus functions, including health-data sync, are marked as coming soon. That makes availability and timing important considerations. Choose it if your priority is medication-routine records alongside food and weight tracking; look elsewhere if you need meal planning, coaching or an app already available through the app stores.
