TIMIFY is appointment scheduling and resource management software for solo businesses, small teams, multi-location organizations, and enterprises. It combines online booking pages, shared appointment and resource calendars, customer and service management, payment collection, reminders, and calendar synchronization. Businesses can schedule staff, rooms, equipment, classes, events, meetings, and video appointments across web, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and API access. That makes it a fit for organizations coordinating more than individual appointments, particularly those managing branches or shared resources.

Pricing spans a free Classic plan, Basic at €9 per month with annual billing or €11 monthly, Premium at €25 annually or €31 monthly, and Enterprise at €42 annually or €53 monthly. Classic includes an online calendar, booking widget, customer management, resource management, online payment, and a booking profile. Basic keeps the core scheduling features, while Premium adds mobile, tablet, and desktop apps, booking reminders, Google and Outlook calendar sync, Shift Planner, and group bookings. Enterprise adds employee and user permissions, booking export, resource dependencies, virtual conferencing, and advanced statistics. The published pricing notes that licenses are generally per branch or location rather than per user.

TIMIFY’s strongest fit is operational breadth. Stripe and PayPal support online payments, while integrations include Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, HubSpot, Zapier, Intercom, Google Reserve, Facebook, and Instagram. Branch management, personalized booking widgets and emails, and custom enterprise solutions extend the platform for larger organizations. Choose TIMIFY if you need scheduling tied to resources, payments, staff planning, or multiple locations at a controlled starting price. A simpler appointment-only business may prefer a narrower tool with fewer administrative features.
