TimeRex is a business appointment scheduling service for individuals and teams. It connects with Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar, displays available times, publishes reusable booking pages, and automatically creates calendar events after a booking. Its workflow supports one-to-one meetings, multi-participant coordination, participant assignment, group polls, seminar bookings, consultations, interviews, sales appointments, and other scheduled interactions. It is best suited to users who want reusable scheduling pages without paying at the outset.

The free plan is labeled free forever and supports up to 100 team members while considering up to two people's calendars for scheduling. The Basic Plan costs ¥900 per user per month on monthly payment and adds unlimited scheduling calendars and unlimited bookings. The Premium Plan costs ¥1,500 per user per month and lists the same unlimited calendar and booking allowances. Annual-contract pricing is shown as ¥750 for Basic and ¥1,250 for Premium, with prices excluding tax. Because paid plans are priced per user, larger teams should compare the recurring seat cost with their scheduling volume and calendar requirements.

TimeRex stands out for breadth within scheduling workflows. Participant assignment can use availability, priority, or even distribution, while group polls help coordinate multiple participants and seminar bookings can accept multiple reservations for one time slot. Automatic reminders and integrations with Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams extend the booking flow into meetings. Additional connections include Zapier, Google Sheets, Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Chatwork, advertising platforms, webhooks, and APIs. Choose TimeRex for free reusable pages, calendar synchronization, and varied coordination tools; consider another option if payment collection is central to the booking process.
