TimeGrid review
A mobile-first care platform with strong compliance workflows but no web platform or client portal.

TimeGrid is care-operations software for home care, home health, HCBS, Medicaid-waiver, disability, IDD, assisted-living, and residential providers. It brings scheduling, electronic visit verification, care plans, progress notes, medication administration records, compliance tracking, authorizations, exports, and caregiver mobile workflows into one system. The strongest fit is an agency managing Medicaid, private-pay, or managed-care services that needs caregivers to document visits, medications, mileage, and coverage from iOS or Android devices, including offline conditions.
Pricing combines a $99 monthly base fee with $13 per active caregiver per month. Starter includes EVV and scheduling, open shifts, care plans, notes, MAR, the caregiver app, and email support. Professional has the same $99 monthly base fee and adds authorizations and billing exports, compliance and credential tracking, incident management, approvals, mileage, payroll export, and priority support. Enterprise includes everything in Professional, plus SSO, advanced permissions, a state EVV aggregator integration, a signed BAA and security review, and a dedicated success manager; its price is not listed here. The plan structure makes Professional the practical step up for agencies with billing, payroll, and compliance requirements.
TimeGrid’s standout strength is the breadth of its mobile and compliance workflows: EVV can use GPS and photo verification, caregivers can work offline, and administrators can track credentials, licenses, training, incidents, authorizations, and medication dose escalation. That breadth suits teams that value operational control over a focused scheduling tool. The tradeoff is platform and ecosystem coverage: it has iOS and Android apps, but no web platform or client portal, and the listed integration is a state EVV aggregator. Choose TimeGrid for mobile-first teams with detailed documentation and compliance needs; choose an alternative if browser access, client-facing tools, or broader integrations are central.
