TimeBlocks brings personal calendars, to-do lists, habits, memos and anniversaries into a visual planner available on web, macOS, iOS and Android. It is aimed at people who want to arrange daily schedules and tasks together, with home-screen widgets for calendar, tasks and habits. Drag-and-drop editing, unfinished-task rollover and a habit mini-calendar extend the planner beyond event display. Shared group calendars add participant permissions and change alerts, making the app relevant to small groups as well as individual planning.

Its connections span Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Naver Calendar, alongside Google Keep and Apple Reminders. That makes TimeBlocks a fit for people coordinating across those services, though calendar sync is one-way. The wider web and Apple platform availability is useful for users who want a planner across devices, but it also places the product somewhat outside an Android-only widget focus. Custom themes, stickers, colors, fonts and date backgrounds allow visual adjustment; anniversary support includes birthdays, holidays and lunar dates.

A free plan is available. Premium Monthly and Premium Annual list the same features: interval markers, putting to-dos and habits in the calendar, ad removal, auto sync, file attachments and memo scheduling. The paid plans therefore center on extending the planner and its synchronization rather than replacing its basic calendar, task and habit functions. TimeBlocks suits people who want these functions and widgets in one cross-platform planner. Those who require two-way calendar sync, or are looking strictly for an Android-focused widget app, may prefer a more specialized alternative. Support is listed by email.

TimeBlocks pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Drag-and-drop scheduling brings events and tasks into one calendar.
    • Home-screen widgets cover calendar, tasks and habits.
    • Connects Google, Apple and Naver calendars, plus Keep and Reminders.
  • Where it doesn't
    • Calendar sync is one-way.
    • Premium is needed for auto sync, attachments and memo scheduling.
    • Its broad platform coverage makes it adjacent to Android-only widget apps.
