Thulium is a cloud contact center platform for businesses managing customer interactions across phone, email, helpdesk, web chat, SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger. It combines inbound call queues, VoIP telephony, a configurable IVR builder, CRM interaction histories, ticketing, shared email, call recording and reporting. Browser-based softphone access, iOS and Android apps, and API access support teams working across web and mobile environments. It is best suited to small teams that want customer service and sales conversations organized in one system, especially when social messaging and CRM context are part of the workflow.
The published plans show a clear progression. Thulium Standard costs 279 PLN per user per month, billed monthly, and includes inbound call center functions, IVR, CRM, ticketing, website chat and basic reports. Thulium Premium costs 349 PLN per user per month and adds outbound telephone campaigns, SMS, Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp integrations, REST API and webhooks, and advanced reports. Thulium Enterprise includes everything in Premium plus a dedicated implementation and training team, unlimited chat, chatbot and voicebot, unlimited supported email addresses, and advanced AI reports. A 14-day trial is available, while the product is paid rather than free.
Thulium’s main strength is breadth: it connects voice, ticketing, email, chat, social messaging, reports and AI features in one cloud deployment. Integrations include Google, Azure Active Directory, Pipedrive, BaseLinker, Allegro, IdoSell, Magento, LiveSpace, Tpay and VoiceBot. Support is available through email, phone, chat and documentation, with 24/7 support listed, and GDPR is included in its compliance profile. The trade-off is scale: the verified maximum of 10 users makes it a better fit for small teams than larger contact centers. Choose Thulium for a compact, channel-rich operation; consider an alternative if expansion beyond 10 users is central to your plans.
