Thigmo is a community platform for event hosts, organizations, creators, nonprofits, associations, and faith-based groups. It brings together member profiles, posts, messaging, discussions, events, courses, memberships, donations, product sales, marketing, CRM, and reporting. The Spark plan is free forever and includes unlimited members, unlimited events, and core community features, making the product a practical starting point for new communities that want to establish a member space without an upfront subscription.

Its breadth is the main differentiator. Communities can use feeds with polls, photos, hashtags, reactions, and visibility controls; searchable directories with custom fields and filters; direct and group messaging; threaded discussions; ticketing and QR check-in; and public or member-only content. Courses, donations, commerce, email campaigns, analytics, workflows, engagement tracking, and AI features extend Thigmo beyond a basic discussion platform. Stripe, Google Tag Manager, Zapier, webhooks, Google Maps, and SendGrid support connections to related services, while web, iOS, and Android access supports multiple participation contexts.

The paid structure adds scale and administration. Catalyst costs $840 per year and includes three communities, five team seats, 10 GB of file storage, and a 2.5% platform fee. Nexus costs $2,520 per year and increases those allowances to ten communities, ten team seats, 50 GB of storage, and a 1.5% platform fee. Vanguard adds unlimited communities, white-label branding, and a dedicated account manager through custom pricing. Thigmo suits organizations that want community engagement and operational tools in one product; teams seeking only a focused discussion space may find its wider feature set unnecessary.
