Terra Mail is a paid personal email service from Terra Networks Brasil S.A. It is designed for people who want a mailbox with more than basic message handling, including 25 GB of storage, calendar, contacts, tasks, message filters, folders, signatures, automatic messages, and read receipts. Antivirus and antispam protection are included. Access is available through the web, Windows, iOS, and Android, while IMAP and POP support enables configuration with Outlook and other compatible applications.
The published plans are Terra Mail Annual via Pix, Terra Mail Annual, and Terra Mail Monthly. Each plan includes one mailbox, 25 GB of storage, calendar, contacts and tasks, antivirus and antispam, plus IMAP and POP access. The Annual via Pix option is presented as a one-year plan, while the Annual option uses an annual term and the Monthly option uses monthly billing. The displayed regular annual installment starting price is 7.90 per month. The plans do not present different mailbox features; the main distinctions are the payment method or billing period.
Terra Mail is less suitable for people seeking a free email account, since there is no free plan. Personal plans also provide one mailbox and do not include custom-domain registration; Terra offers custom-domain registration and multiple mailboxes through separate professional plans. Choose an alternative if you need a free tier, several personal mailboxes, or custom-domain features within the personal offering. For users who want a paid mailbox with calendar, contacts, tasks, security protection, and desktop or mobile access, Terra Mail covers the core requirements without adding a separate productivity suite.
