tenmin.app review
A focused receive-only inbox for short-lived verification and testing.
Reviewed by iTechGuides Editors · Editorial team · Updated Oct 2026
tenmin.app generates anonymous, temporary email addresses for receiving verification codes, confirmation links, download links and test messages. It is built for one-time signups, automated verification flows and transactional email testing rather than ongoing correspondence. Users can create random disposable addresses without signup, view incoming messages in a web interface, and normally keep each inbox for ten minutes. A ten-minute extension button provides a short additional window when a message arrives later than expected.
Its main strength is a narrow but useful verification workflow. The service receives codes and links, preserves attachments within size limits, and offers a read-only API for retrieving inbox messages. Automatic deletion uses a 600-second storage TTL, while sandboxed HTML rendering strips scripts from incoming content. That combination suits automated checks that need temporary message access without outbound email capability. The web and API options also support both manual inspection and programmatic retrieval.
The trade-off is limited persistence and privacy. tenmin.app is receive-only, has no custom addresses, and deletes messages after the retention period, so it is not suited to long-term correspondence or workflows that require stable mailboxes. The address is publicly readable by anyone who knows or guesses its local-part, and attachment data has limited downloading in the interface. Choose it for short-lived, non-sensitive verification and test messages; choose an alternative when you need private inboxes, custom addresses, outbound SMTP or durable message storage.
