Tencent Docs is a cloud-based workspace for creating, editing and sharing documents, spreadsheets, presentations and forms. It serves individuals, students, startups and organizations, with browser-based editing and mobile access through iOS and Android. Collaboration includes real-time multi-user editing, comments, mentions, sharing permissions, automatic saving, synchronization, revision mode and historical version records. Offline editing workflows are also supported, while templates and local-file import help bring existing content into the service.
The plan structure gives smaller teams a free starting point. Enterprise SaaS Basic costs CNY 0 per user per year and includes 10 licenses, 1 GB per user, permanent free access, documents, spreadsheets and forms, plus enterprise administration. Enterprise SaaS Professional costs CNY 250 per user per year, requires a minimum of 5 users, and provides 500 GB per enterprise alongside the core document tools, administration, custom logos and document templates. Organizations needing private deployment can choose plans with 100+ APIs, SDK and API integration, online preview and editing, format conversion, or integration with customer-built systems.
Tencent Docs is particularly suited to organizations already working across Tencent’s ecosystem. Integrations include Weixin, QQ, Tencent Meeting and WeCom, along with IM, OA, CRM and ERP systems. Enterprise controls extend to permissions, audit logs and watermark management, while APIs support connections to internal business systems. Choose it when collaborative editing and Tencent-centered business integration matter more than a dedicated desktop application. Organizations that need a private deployment can select the relevant enterprise offerings, while smaller teams can start with the permanent free tier or move to Professional for expanded storage and branding options.
