Telair Hosted PBX is a cloud-based business phone system for Australian organisations, from small teams to larger, multi-site operations. It combines hosted calling with configurable routes, day/night controls, auto attendants, ring groups, queues and voicemail destinations. Compatible desk phones and UCme softphone apps provide options for teams that want physical handsets, desktop calling or mobile access.

Call handling and visibility are central strengths. Automatic incoming and outgoing call recording sits alongside real-time dashboards and graphical call reporting, while auto attendants can direct callers to extensions, queues, ring groups or voicemail. The hosted service runs across multiple Australian data centres, and support is available by email, phone and documentation, with 24/7 support stated. UCme adds voice and video calling, messaging and presence, though buyers should distinguish the softphone from the PBX plans: uPBX Unlimited excludes UCme, while uPBX + UCme includes it for 2 devices.

The plans all include unlimited calls to standard local, national and Australian mobile numbers. The published category price is AUD 25 with GST included; the listed plan options add either UCme softphone or Yealink T85W rental, and the Yealink option has a 36-month minimum term. Hardware integrations named are Yealink, Cisco and Polycom, so organisations looking for a broader named software integration ecosystem may find this fit narrow. Choose Telair when hosted routing, recording, reporting and compatible phones matter; look elsewhere if a free plan or broader software integrations are priorities.
