A focused team messenger for frontline communication, alerts, and controlled deployment.

Teamwire is a secure business messenger for mobile and mission-critical teams. It combines one-to-one, group, and broadcast chats with voice and video calls, file sharing, location tools, emergency alerts, and administrative controls. The product is suited to public safety, critical infrastructure, healthcare, government, and other organizations that need more than standard team messaging across web, desktop, and mobile devices.
Pricing is structured around paid plans. Small Business costs €79 per month on annual billing for up to 25 users, with a maximum of three devices per user and German cloud hosting. Standard costs €3.45 per user per month on annual billing for 25 to 500 users, also with three devices per user and German cloud hosting. Professional supports 25 to unlimited users, allows up to five devices per user, and adds German cloud, private cloud, or on-premise hosting options. A 15-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan for ongoing use.
Teamwire’s strongest distinction is its operational communication toolkit: emergency alerts, an SOS button, acknowledgement tracking, live and static location sharing, map editing, and calls for up to 30 participants with screen sharing. Integrations include LDAP/AD, AppConfig, Ivanti, VMware, ArcGIS, WhatsApp Business, CRM, ERP, hospital information, HR, business intelligence, and IoT systems, plus SDKs and APIs. Administrators also get data retention controls, audit logs, and central user administration. Message history is limited by an administrator-defined retention period, with a documented default of 90 days. Choose Teamwire when controlled deployment and emergency workflows matter; choose a simpler chat product when those capabilities are unnecessary.
