Team-Cast review
A focused choice for private, access-controlled internal podcasts.

Team-Cast is a private podcast hosting platform for companies, teams and groups. Administrators can upload episodes, invite authorized listeners and manage access through private RSS feeds. Listeners can use supported podcast players or a secure web player without downloading an app. The product is aimed at organizations sharing internal communications, training, updates or other restricted audio content rather than public podcast publishers.
Its freemium pricing gives small teams a direct starting point. The Free plan costs $0 per month and includes private podcast hosting for up to 10 users. Starter costs $11 per month and adds unlimited episodes, detailed analytics and support for up to 50 users. Pro costs $31 per month with unlimited episodes, detailed analytics and up to 150 users. Enterprise offers customized plans, advanced security tools and support for companies over 150 users. The paid tiers are mainly differentiated by user capacity and analytics access, while unlimited episodes begins with Starter.
Team-Cast’s strongest fit comes from its internal distribution and access controls. Private RSS feeds can be used with Apple Podcasts, Pocket Casts and Castro, while the secure web player provides an app-free option. Administrators can revoke access, organize private podcast groups and channels, and add user commenting. Custom subdomains, branding and an embeddable episode player extend the service into internal websites and knowledge bases. The trade-off is a narrow, web-based model: distribution to podcast apps is manual, and the product does not target monetized public publishing. Choose Team-Cast for controlled internal audio; public podcast teams seeking broad directory distribution should look elsewhere.
