Taybl review
A UK-focused booking system with strong guest, waitlist and rota connections.

Taybl is restaurant management software for UK restaurants, pubs, cafés, franchises and multi-site hospitality groups. Its core Bookings module combines website widgets and a hosted booking page with floor-plan and timeline views, guest CRM, guest tags, availability rules, deposits, no-show charges, pre-orders, reminders and live or remote waitlists. The per-venue model suits operators who want reservations tied to day-to-day hospitality workflows rather than a standalone booking calendar.
Pricing is structured around monthly venue subscriptions. Taybl Bookings costs £69 per venue per month and includes the main reservation, guest-management, payment and waitlist features. Bookings + Rota costs £99 per venue per month, while Bookings + Food Safety also costs £99 per venue per month. The combined Rotas, Bookings & Food Safety plan costs £139 per venue per month. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no permanent free plan. The plan structure is easy to compare, although venues needing connected operational modules move quickly beyond the entry price.
Taybl’s strongest distinction is the link between reservations and staffing: booking data can inform staff rotas, while guest pre-orders produce kitchen and front-of-house run sheets. Integrations with Stripe, Twilio, Resend and Firebase Cloud Messaging support payments and communications. The trade-off is channel and platform scope: Taybl is web-only and its listed booking channel is the website, so operators seeking broader native-channel coverage may prefer an alternative. Choose Taybl if your venue values floor-plan control, guest records, deposits and rota integration in one per-venue service. Look elsewhere if mobile apps or a wider booking-channel ecosystem are priorities.
