A broad project workspace with a generous free plan and paid collaboration upgrades.

Taskworld is a project and task management platform for teams, departments, and enterprise organizations. Its workspace brings together Kanban boards, table and list-style task views, timeline planning with Gantt charts, calendars, dependencies, subtasks, workload reporting, project analytics, chat, comments, file sharing, and guest access. Small collaborative teams get a particularly broad starting point from the Free plan, which supports unlimited active projects and includes Kanban boards, attachments, chat, comments, assignees, and followers. The service is available on web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android, with a 14-day free trial also offered.
The plan structure makes Taskworld most appealing when a team can begin with core task coordination and add planning controls as its needs grow. Free is designed for active project work, while Business adds Timeline view with Gantt, Calendar view, task dependencies, custom fields, automation, and 30 guests. Enterprise expands guest access and storage without stated limits and adds SAML 2.0 single sign-on, VPC or on-premise deployment, and an advanced admin console. Teams that need dependencies, calendar planning, or workflow rules should expect to move beyond Free; organizations requiring controlled deployment or enterprise administration should look to Enterprise.
Platform coverage is a practical strength. Taskworld connects with Slack, Zapier, Microsoft Teams, GitHub, Dropbox, Email, Google Meet, Calendars, and an Open API, while built-in time tracking, guest access with restricted project visibility, AI features, and workload reporting extend its project workspace. That combination suits teams that want communication, planning, and task oversight in one product without starting on a paid tier. It is less suitable for teams that need those advanced planning features within the free plan, or for organizations whose requirements center on Enterprise controls from the outset.
