TabTake Reservations is web-based restaurant booking software for independent venues, cafés, fine-dining operators, and restaurant groups. It supports a direct website booking form with location, date, time, and party-size selection, alongside availability controls, reservation diaries, table assignment, walk-ins, waitlists, guest profiles, confirmations, reminders, cancellation policies, and optional deposits. It is suited to operators that want to manage guest flow and reservations within a broader restaurant operations platform.
The published plans span ordering and reservation needs. Direct is free per month for one location and includes a QR menu, collection ordering, a TabTake subdomain, cash or pay-at-counter, and up to 150 orders per month. Essential costs £49 per month and adds an own domain, delivery ordering, card payments, kitchen printing, and unlimited orders. Growth costs £99 per month and includes reservations, QR dine-in ordering, delivery zones, analytics, and marketing basics. Multi costs £179 per month, adds multi-location management, roles and permissions, group analytics, central menu governance, and includes up to three locations. Enterprise offers custom requirements, SLA options, advanced onboarding, API access, custom domains, and custom integrations.
For reservation-led operations, the strongest fit is Growth or above, where reservation functionality joins the wider guest-flow toolkit. Availability can be shaped by service periods, capacity, party sizes, and booking windows, while daily and timeline diary views support operational planning. Visual floor plans and table assignment add useful front-of-house control, and guest histories, preferences, notes, reminders, and deposits support repeat-visit management. The trade-off is platform scope: TabTake is web-only, so teams seeking broader platform coverage should look elsewhere. Choose it for direct booking and restaurant workflow management; avoid it if native multi-platform coverage is a priority.
