SyncSignature is email signature generation and management software for individuals, teams, and agencies. Individuals can create signatures from templates, edit them, and install them in Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail. Teams can centrally manage signatures across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, while agencies can organize multiple workspaces and clients. Its feature set covers template creation, profile pictures, role- and department-based assignments, directory synchronization, banner campaigns, analytics, bulk creation, and CSV import.
The pricing structure supports a low-commitment starting point. The Free Plan costs $0 per month and includes one professional signature template, unlimited edits, a profile picture maker, and copy/paste installation. Solo costs $6 per month billed annually for one individual signature, with no SyncSignature branding, analytics, banner or button support, and unlimited edits. Team costs $2 per user per month billed annually, requires five users, and adds automatic installation, bulk management, department-based signatures, directory sync, and workspace analytics. Enterprise adds multiple workspaces and clients, client access, account management, and signature limits per workspace. A seven-day free trial is also available.
Platform fit is a central strength for organizations already using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. SyncSignature applies signatures through platform APIs or an Outlook add-in rather than routing email through the service, and it integrates with Azure AD (Entra ID), BambooHR, and Workday. Agencies can use multi-workspace management, while campaign scheduling and click analytics extend signatures into a managed communication channel. The product suits teams that want centralized control without starting with a large plan. Individuals needing one simple signature can use the Free Plan or Solo; organizations requiring verified API access should consider an alternative.
