A capable freemium option for basic social publishing and conversation workflows.
Reviewed by iTechGuides Editors · Editorial team · Updated Oct 2026
Synceus combines social post composition, scheduling, platform-aware previews, a unified conversation inbox and analytics in one web-based platform. It is aimed at solo creators, marketing teams and agencies that need basic publishing and social customer-conversation management. Publishing covers Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube. Inbox features include Messenger, Instagram Direct Messages, Zalo and TikTok Business Messaging, with tools for assignment, snoozing, tagging and resolution.
Pricing is structured around a free Starter plan, a Pro plan at $29 per month, and a Business plan at $79 per month. Starter includes one organization, up to three social accounts, 30 scheduled posts per month, a unified inbox for Messenger and Instagram, and email support. Pro adds up to five organizations, unlimited social accounts and scheduled posts, all inbox platforms including Zalo and TikTok, custom roles and permissions, analytics and exports. Business adds unlimited organizations, approval workflows, white-label client reports, SSO, an audit log and a dedicated success manager. A 14-day free trial is also available, and yearly billing is described as offering 20% savings.
The main distinction is the balance between a narrow entry plan and broader paid collaboration features. The free tier covers core scheduling, inbox and team workflows, while Pro removes the principal publishing limits and expands inbox coverage. Business is more relevant to agencies or organizations needing client reports, approval controls and administrative features. Synceus should suit small teams that want straightforward social conversation management without separate publishing and inbox tools. Teams needing mobile access, more than 30 monthly scheduled posts on the free tier, or broader organizational capacity should consider Pro or Business rather than Starter.
