Symprex Email Signature Manager is an on-premises tool for organizations running Microsoft Exchange Server. It centrally manages email signatures, disclaimers, and campaign content, with deployment based on users or groups. Administrators can design templates visually or edit HTML directly, merge contact data from Active Directory and other sources, and support Outlook desktop, Outlook on the Web, mobile devices, and other email clients. Its best fit is a Windows-based Exchange Server team that wants centralized control without moving signature management to a cloud service.

Pricing is based on a one-time, per-user license rather than a monthly subscription. The new license costs $395 for a 25-user license and includes one year of maintenance covering upgrades and technical support. The license remains valid for the purchased version and point updates. This structure can suit organizations that prefer an upfront purchase, especially when the Exchange environment is managed internally. It also makes the initial license size an important purchasing consideration for smaller teams or organizations with changing user counts.

The product’s strongest operational features are its deployment controls and administration tools. Automatic signature updates avoid relying on individual users, while previews, testing, and deployment-status monitoring help administrators manage changes. Scheduled campaign banners and legal disclaimers extend the system beyond basic contact details, and an optional Exchange Transport Agent can inject signatures into mobile messages. Symprex integrates with Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Outlook, Active Directory, and SQL Server. Microsoft 365 support is limited, with technical support for that use ending September 30, 2026, so Microsoft 365 customers should choose Signature 365 instead. Teams running on-premises Exchange should consider Symprex; cloud-first Microsoft 365 teams should not.
