Swaybase helps organizations publish branded content for employees or ambassadors to share across their social networks. It combines employee content publishing with ShareAnywhere distribution, multimedia posts containing links, photos and videos, campaigns, private groups, analytics, UTM tracking and ambassador leaderboards. Administrators can import blog or Twitter content through Streams and control when imported material is published. Web access and native iOS and Android apps make it suitable for small, mid-market and enterprise advocacy programs that want mobile participation.

Pricing is structured around a genuine free entry point. The Free plan costs $0 per month, requires no credit card and has no expiring trial; the published plan description says it includes all Swaybase features and supports up to 10 users. The Swaybase plan costs $10 per user per month, billed monthly, and adds unlimited posts, mobile apps, user, post and program analytics, campaigns and UTM tracking. Swaybase Enterprise is displayed at $20 per user per month and includes SSO, a dedicated customer success manager, live ambassador and admin training, and custom reports; Enterprise agreements are invoiced annually. Swaybase Consult is a separate $2,500-per-month service covering advocacy consultation, program design, content strategy and direct work with a founder.

For programs focused on social distribution and measurement, the feature set reaches beyond basic posting: CSV exports, influencer profiles, AI-powered comments, custom branding and automatic removal of former employees are included. The ecosystem is comparatively narrow, with RSS feeds and Twitter listed as integrations, although content can still be distributed across employees’ social networks through ShareAnywhere. Choose Swaybase when free access, mobile apps and campaign analytics are priorities. Organizations needing a wider prebuilt integration catalog or seeking software-only support rather than consulting may prefer another platform.
