Subscribe Pro is subscription commerce software for B2C brands and retailers selling recurring physical products through existing ecommerce websites. It supports auto-ship ordering, recurring billing, continuity programs, clubs, boxes, payment processing, customer-managed subscriptions, and automatic recurring order generation. Customers can pause or skip deliveries, while the platform can retry failed recurring orders. Web and API access, hosted subscription management widgets, REST API support, and webhooks suit operations that need subscription workflows connected to an established commerce stack.

Pricing places Subscribe Pro firmly in the larger-operations segment. The Growth Plan costs $699 per month and includes standard support, Salesforce Commerce Cloud integration, and Magento 2 integration; pricing also includes a transaction-based fee for Growth and may include overages. The Enterprise Plan costs $2,499 per month and adds advanced email and shipping rules, user-defined fields, and a credit card account updater option. Enterprise Premier costs $3,599 per month and adds advanced security options, advanced data residency options, priority support, and a priority SLA commitment. There is no free plan.

Its ecosystem fit is a central strength. Beyond Magento and Salesforce Commerce Cloud, integrations include Shopify, Klaviyo, Yotpo, ShipperHQ, Avalara, and Cybersource, with payment gateway integrations and API-based extension options. That makes it suited to brands that already operate an ecommerce website and need subscription management layered into it. The trade-off is focus: Subscribe Pro is specified for physical products and is costly for smaller programs. Choose it when recurring physical-goods operations need customer controls, dunning tools, flexible intervals, and enterprise-tier options. Smaller businesses, digital-product sellers, or teams seeking a standalone storefront builder should consider a different category of product.

Subscribe Pro pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Supports recurring orders, auto-ship, pause/skip, and order retries
    • Connects with Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, and more
    • Offers REST API, webhooks, hosted widgets, and custom billing intervals
  • Where it doesn't
    • Starts at $699 per month on the Growth Plan
    • Designed for physical products rather than digital subscriptions
    • Works through existing ecommerce websites, not as a standalone storefront builder
