Studio Ninja is cloud-based business management software for photographers and videographers, covering lead capture, booking, quotes, contracts, client communication, invoicing, payments, and reporting. It suits individual professionals as well as studios managing multiple brands or users. Clients can select sessions, sign electronic contracts, complete questionnaires, review invoices, and make payments through client-facing tools.
Pricing scales by operating capacity. Starter costs $16 per month or $160 per year for one brand, one user, one contact form, and five active jobs. Pro costs $27 per month or $270 per year and adds three users, three contact forms, unlimited jobs, three online booking forms, and workflow automation for emails, contracts, questionnaires, and tasks. Master costs $40 per month or $400 per year, with three brands and unlimited users, contact forms, jobs, booking forms, and workflow automation. There is also a seven-day trial. Starter is the entry point, but studios needing online booking and automated workflows need a higher plan.
Its integration set is well matched to photography operations: Gmail, Google Calendar, Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe, Pic-Time, ShootProof, Fundy Designer, and ProSelect are supported. Google Calendar synchronization, payment collection, reminders, client portals, and mobile apps for iOS and Android extend the system beyond lead tracking. Choose Studio Ninja if your studio needs connected booking, client, contract, payment, and workflow processes across web and mobile. Studios prioritizing a free starting plan or only needing basic contact management may prefer a simpler option.
