A focused intranet for policies, feedback and employee engagement in growing teams.

Stribe is an employee intranet and engagement platform for small and medium-sized organisations, particularly HR teams supporting growing, dispersed, remote or hybrid workforces. Its intranet centralises workplace policies, procedures, handbooks and other resources, with editing, sections, image and PDF uploads, announcements and usage analytics. The wider platform adds anonymous employee messaging, pulse surveys, recognition and shout-outs, reporting dashboards, mobile access and AI summaries and survey-writing tools.
Pricing is charged per employee per month. The Starter plan costs £3 per employee per month when billed monthly and includes the employee intranet with built-in analytics, unlimited surveys, employee recognition, anonymous messaging, single sign-on and iOS and Android apps. The Not for Profit plan costs £1.50 per employee per month on monthly billing and includes the same listed features. The published plans show that annual discounts are available. A Growth plan is also offered with the same listed highlights, while its price is not included here. Stribe therefore fits organisations seeking a paid, per-employee option, with a lower entry price for not-for-profit teams.
Its ecosystem includes Sage HR, Breathe HR, Access PeopleHR, People XCD, BambooHR, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Power BI and Tableau, alongside web, iOS, Android and API access. Support is available through email, chat and documentation. Stribe is a good choice for teams that prioritise policy access, employee feedback and recognition in one focused workspace. Organisations needing a broader intranet suite with a verified directory, page-building tools or audience targeting should consider a different product.
