Strategyzer is a web-based platform for business strategy, growth, and innovation work. It is aimed at strategy, product, go-to-market, innovation, and business-unit leaders who need structured ways to design business models, map customer profiles and ecosystems, test hypotheses, and track innovation projects. Its core tools include the Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Canvas, supported by guided playbooks, shared workspaces, dashboards, AI-assisted exercises, training courses, and implementation guides.

Pricing is annual and starts at $299 per seat per year. The Individual plan costs $299 per seat per year for one user and includes every playbook, unlimited projects and workspaces with AI support, live coaching, and subscriber-only events. The Team plan is also $299 per seat per year and adds shared projects and workspaces, progress visibility across the team, optional expert facilitation, and volume pricing. The Enterprise plan provides organization-wide access, seat management, onboarding, admin support, custom playbooks, and invoicing and procurement support, with pricing arranged through the vendor.

Strategyzer’s strongest fit is innovation design rather than broad strategic execution. Its combination of visual canvases, hypothesis testing, evidence gathering, guided workflows, and project-status dashboards gives teams a defined process for moving from business model ideas toward validation. Team collaboration and AI support extend that process beyond individual planning, while training and implementation guides support adoption. Organizations focused on business model development, value propositions, and innovation portfolios should find the feature set aligned with their work. Teams primarily seeking objective cascading or execution-focused strategy management should consider a product built around those functions instead. Strategyzer is available through the web and does not offer a free plan.
